Postage

Orders are sent out in plain packaging with the return address as Bast.  So rest assured, if your piercings are not visible to everyone, we will not give away your secrets. :)

Orders are sent out within 24 hrs of finalised payment (business days only).  Excluding out of stock items and special orders. 

Shipping charges include all postage, packaging and handling charges.  We believe you should only have to pay the 1 postage charge. This is why we do not offer 'FREE POST' by adding postage costs onto every item in the store.  You will only pay the 1 shipping fee regardless of how many items are in your order.

RATES (Australia)

For a limited time only we are offering FREE REGISTERED post on orders over $40.

Australian Orders (under $35) are currently being sent out at only $5.99 by Registered Australia Post.  This ensures your order gets to you safely and securely.  You can access your tracking number through 'My Account' and track via the AusPost website.

We also offer Express Post at an aditional charge.  Australia Post (not BAST) offers the guarantee of Next Business Day delivery to certain METRO areas.  In the unlucky event of your delivery taking longer than expected, we are happy to deal with Aus Post in tracking your order and lodging a claim.  You will receive compensation (the cost of the express bag) after we have received it from Aus Post.

We do offer a regular post by Australia Post for $2.99 but do not recommend this as there is no tracking and we cannot be liable for any loss, damage or delay.

There are a few items onsite that do incur a small extra fee for postage.  These items are particularly heavy or large and cannot be reasonably covered by our post charge.  Any items that incur this charge will add the charge as soon as it goes into the cart, so there are no surprises at the checkout.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Although all care is taken to ensure stock levels are correct, if an ordered item is out of stock you will be notified, within 24hours, of its unavailability and advised of its expected delivery.

PACKAGING

Items are sent in secure appropriate packaging.  All body jewellery will be sent out in bubblewrap packaging to avoid possible damage during transit.  The body jewellery items themselves are sent out in sealed, tamper-evident packages.

SECURITY

For added security all Australian orders are sent out via Registered Post.  Contact us if you have not received your item 7 working days after your order was shipped.  Once your order is posted it is out of our hands and we cannot be held liable if your order is lost or delayed in the post.  We will however work with Auspost in locating your parcel.

Overseas orders are sent via Air Mail.  Security is available but at an extra charge,  Contact us for details.  If no insurance is placed on order, Bast Body Jewellery is not liable for loss or damage in transit.

International Post - Yes we ship Internationally.  This is only new on our site so if you encounter any difficulties please contact us and let us know.  Please be aware that YOU are responsible for any customs payment or item restrictions.  Any postage amount overpaid will be refunded to you via Paypal.
